What is GROUP CODE?

Group Code will be given to you by your company or the staff memeber that purchased the course. Once the course is purchased, a group code is sent to the individual that made the purchase.

I'm registering for the first time, what is USERNAME?

You can create your own username during registration, such as “jamespeterson” or “james2025.” If the username is already taken, you’ll see an error and will need to choose a different one.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new one.

How long will I have access to complete my course?

Each student is given 3 months from purchase to complete the course.
